To enhance understanding of Japanese culture and society throughout the world by promoting an awareness of Mizuhiki, its history, its tradition, its relevance and its use.

To collaborate with other peoples, regardless of nationality, race or creed, in order to further promote and develop the use of Mizuhiki.
